Red Circle Retreat

Come to Marrakech ready to close one chapter—and decide what the next one demands of you.

01 · Why El Fenn

Why gather at a hotel co-founded by Richard Branson’s sister?

Because Vanessa Branson did what entrepreneurial women do at their best: she saw possibility other people missed—and built a world around it.

El Fenn opened in 2004 with just six rooms. Co-founded by Vanessa—a gallerist, cultural entrepreneur and Richard Branson’s sister—it grew under her creative vision into a Marrakech landmark where Moroccan craft, contemporary art and hospitality meet. She also founded the Marrakech Biennale, creating an international platform for contemporary art in the city.

The family connection is interesting. What she built is the reason we are going. El Fenn stands for something every woman in Red Circle knows: the courage to trust your eye before everyone else sees what you see. It is the right place for our final retreat—not simply to look back, but to make the decisions only this circle can help us make.

02 · The rhythm

Serious work. A beautiful life. This week is designed for both.

There will be room to think, time to talk without watching the clock, and one unforgettable day beyond the Medina. Every detail is privately coordinated for Red Circle.

Monday14September

Day 01 · Arrive & gather

Arrive. Exhale. Reconnect.

No rushing into the work. Settle into El Fenn, let the Medina change your pace, and find your way back to the women who already know the whole story.

Day 02 · Mastermind & the Medina

Do the work only this circle can do.

Some conversations can happen anywhere. The important ones need women who remember what you once wanted, understand what it cost, and will tell you the truth about what comes next.

Day 03 · Beyond Marrakech

Step out of the room. See further.

Marrakech gives way to mountain paths, waterfalls and desert light. Sometimes the clearest perspective arrives when you stop trying to force it.

Walk to the waterfalls, take in the Atlas Mountains and share a relaxed Moroccan lunch by the river, with a visit to a women’s argan cooperative along the way.

Day 04 · Mastermind & celebration

Turn the conversation into decisions.

Insight is not the finish line. This is the day to say what you will do, name what you will stop doing, and let the circle hold you to it.

Day 05 · Departures

Leave with more than memories.

Breakfast, final hugs and departures. Marrakech ends here. The decision you made—and the women who helped you make it—travel home with you.

The final retreat · Marrakech 2026

The circle stays with you.

What happens in Marrakech will not stay in Marrakech. It comes home in the decision you finally make, the move you stop postponing—and the quiet certainty that you are not building alone.
